Production Control / MRP Analyst
We are currently recruiting for an MRP Analyst to join our Production Control team.

The role will involve scheduling sales orders for production and monitoring the schedule by controlling production orders for manufacture.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain material masters
  • Schedule sales orders for production in line with customer requirements
  • Monitor production schedule and adjust as required by control of production orders
  • Liaise with the Sales Departments and/or Installation / Maintenance Departments
  • Control measurements for reporting of performance in key business areas
  • Liaise with all Sales teams to forecast the implications of future projects
  • To project plan orders using the business IT solutions
  • Liaise with the Finance Department when required

Skills/Experience
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous i.e. Production Controller/Scheduler/Planner ideally from an engineering / manufacturing background
  • Proficiency with IT is essential with specific regard to a SAP system and Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Possess a Financial awareness
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Organised and detail oriented and have an ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with customers and all internal departments
  • Confident decision maker capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • A pragmatic and logical approach to problem solving





Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to cover part time two days on our Reception and also provide administrative support to HR, Finance and other areas of the business as required throughout the remainder of the working week.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and welcome visitors.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls, promptly passing them through to the relevant personnel or department.
  • Ensure the presentation of the Reception Area, the Waiting Area and the Visitor Parking are of a high calibre, clean and tidy and accessible.
  • Ensure incoming mail is passed onto relevant Departments promptly and ensure all outgoing mail is franked and collected.
  • Producing, filing and retrieving correspondence of business documentation as and when required using the Company’s software packages.
  • Support various areas of the business with administration provision.


Requirements and Experience
  • An excellent telephone manner is essential.
  • A smart appearance.
  • Proven previous experience in an administration role with an excellent attention to detail and working to strict deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
  • A high degree of communication skills for internal and external customers at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Confidentiality is essential.
  • Firm, polite and confident approach when dealing with people.

Maintenance Electrician / Engineer
An excellent opportunity to be part of an Engineering team maintaining, improving and installing all aspects of column and mast lighting systems, across our client’s site in Folkestone.

What we are seeking:
  • Electrician with time served Electrical apprenticeship.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical grade.
  • BS 7671 17th Edition IEE Regulations certified.
  • C&G 2391 - Inspection and testing an advantage.
  • IPAF qualified an advantage.

Qualities and Abilities
  • You must be an electrically biased engineer with experience of working in an installation and maintenance environment. Mechanical background an advantage also.
  • A proven history of installation, commissioning, fault finding, rectification and experience of maintenance techniques.
  • Inspection and testing experience.
  • Logical approach to breakdown analysis (fault finding / problem solving), pro-active maintenance and improvement work, who can demonstrate a sense of urgency whilst never compromising safety or quality of workmanship.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential in this role.
  • To be self-motivated, responsible, able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • High standard of health and safety awareness, and the ability to read and follow RAMS strictly.
  • A good knowledge of practicing continuous improvement techniques (desirable) and a pro-activeness for improved ways of working offering possible solutions to problems.


Shifts and hours of work:
Mon – Fri - 07.30 to 16.30
Some weekend working and Night shifts will be required – overtime rates and nights uplift apply.
